Adam (right) is a Co-founder of Sunday Hospitality, a New York based Hospitality Company. Prior to starting Sunday with Co-founders, Todd Enany and Jaime Young (pictured above), Adam successfully ran and grew two of the most successful New York City based restaurant groups, Major Food Group and Catch Hospitality Group (formerly EMM Group), as Chief Operating Officer.
