Sunday Hospitality was founded in 2016, with its namesake restaurant, Sunday In Brooklyn, in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, and has an outpost in Notting Hill, London. Rule of Thirds, a Japanese Izakaya Restaurant and Event Space, opened in Partnership with BMW in Greenpoint, Brooklyn in 2020. El Quijote, Café Chelsea and Lobby Bar at The Hotel Chelsea are all operated by Sunday at The Hotel Chelsea in partnership with Sean MacPherson and BD Hotels.
